Anti Aging Specialist Robert Ortiz (Preventative and Restorative Medicine)

At the ACTIVE Center, our anti aging specialist, Robert Ortiz, will also discuss the importance of good nutrition, fitness and lifestyle choices in addition to assessing your need for Bio-identical hormone therapy. At the Active Center for Health and Wellness, we realize the importance of making informed food choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits. A healthy diet can improve your athletic performance and help to prevent injuries whether you are a weekend warrior or an elite athlete.

Getting the best and most accurate information and direction isn't always easy. Active Center for Health and Wellness is here to assist you in your search for answers, advice and guidance. Carrie Kelly, 0ur Registered Dietitian is a food and nutrition expert committed to helping you enjoy a healthy life. Carrie earned a bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science and has maintained her RD for the past 9 years. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association and has completed various post-graduate courses in clinical nutrition.

Nutrition consulting at the Active Center for Health and Wellness will utilize the latest technology to track your diet, progress and help you achieve optimal results.

Carrie will be seeing patients in both Westwood and Hackensack. Consultations and continued monitoring are available by appointment.
